Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders.

Delivery Times:

• Inside Dhaka: 1-3 days.
• Outside Dhaka: 2-5 days.

Delivery Charges:

• Inside Dhaka: Tk 80.
• Outside Dhaka: Tk 150.
• Advance payment required for outside Dhaka deliveries.

Same Day Delivery:

• Orders placed before 11 am are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Same day delivery charge: Tk 120 (Inside Dhaka City).

Order from China (Pre-Booking):

Delivery Time: 21-35 days.

Advance Payment:

• Below Tk 3000: Tk 500 Advance.
• Tk 3000-6000: Tk 1000 Advance.
• Full payment in advance receives a 20% discount.

Return and Exchange Policy
